Every child needs at least one adult who is irrationally crazy about him or her.” - Urie Bronfenbrenner

FYI is a specialist, relationship-based mentoring service, which also offers instant, bespoke 1-1 education packages for students aged 10 years to 18 years who are in need of short-term education/mentoring. The students we support are ones who struggle to cope even in small classes sizes with more than one other student.

Future Youth Inspired (FYI) was established in 2023 to offer support packages to help much needed vulnerable young people and their families. Too many young people are ending up in the care system due to the strain families are under in modern society. FYI can support families get back on track through a relationship-based approach. The young person will also be enrolled on to The Duke of Edinburgh Award, while engaging in enrichment activities. This will enable young people to work towards and gain nationwide certificates while engaging in the mentoring support package.

FYI can also offer short-term bespoke education timetables for teenagers struggling to access their mainstream education. Timetables can be confirmed and ready to start within 10-14 days upon referral. The aim of the education bespoke timetable, is to reduce the time frame young people are out of education, reignite a passion for learning through creative and personalised plans and support with transition back to their on roll school with specialist mentors involved with the process.
