We accept referrals from Professionals only, however all request forms require input and completion by the Professional, Young Person and Parent(s) / Carer(s). Incomplete requests will not be reviewed. To refer a Young Person for our services, please download and complete one of the following referral forms:

What happens after a referral is sent?

  • We will review the referral, along with any supporting evidence provided (i.e. EHCP, PEP, risk assessment) to determine whether we can meet the Young Person’s needs.

    We will contact the professional referee within 5 working days to gain permission to meet the Young Person and their Parent(s) / Carer(s).

  • Our Managing Director, Leeroy will visit the Young Person and their Parent(s) / Carer(s) to get to know them and explain how Future Youth Inspired could be part of their journey.

    We believe meeting face-to-face is essential for everyone in the room to decide if Future Youth Inspired is the right place for the Young Person.

  • If we, the Young Person and Parent(s) / Carer(s) collectively feel Future Youth Inspired is the best place to meet the needs, a bespoke timetable is created based on the Young Person’s needs and interests and sent to the professional referee for funding to be agreed.

  • If funding is agreed we will then check availability of the Mentors and / or Tutors, and other services we provide, as the team work on a referral basis.

    Services are subject to availability once the funding and timetable has been agreed.
